Assistant Teacher / Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher / Caregiver to join our preschool nursery team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for working with young children and be committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the lead teacher during classroom activities
• Care for children aged 1–4 years
• Assist with daily routines (meals, and hygiene)
• Ensure children’s safety at all times
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
• Communicate politely and professionally with supervisors and parents
• Follow nursery policies, health, and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting preferred
• Loving, patient, and energetic personality
• Basic understanding of child care and early childhood needs
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Valid QID
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate or training in Early Childhood Education (added advantage)
• Basic English communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
