Assistant Teacher for Preschool Classroom

Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing lesson plans that align with the creative curriculum and NYS preschool standards
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
- Provide individualized instruction to students who may need additional support.
- Assist in assessing student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students.

Requirements:
**Minimum of bachelor's degree or associate degree required**
- Experience working with children in a preschool setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Knowledge of current educational practices and technology
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children

Note: Experience in daycare / preschool setting required.

Monday-Friday full time 9-6 immediate start date

We are a small bilingual French/ English preschool located in the Lincoln Square area.
