Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced Assistant Team Leader to lead the development of training programs for the various courses in the information security domain offered by EC-Council. The role is part of a team of content developers and reports to the product manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop training materials, including handbooks, lab manuals, and computer- and web-based tutorials, in the information security domain.

Identify and extract Learning objectives for training programs.

Work with the project team, subject matter experts, and use existing documentation to understand content needs.

Assist in creating student learning paths and program blueprints.

Prepare a detailed course curriculum and session plan based on the program blueprint.

Lead a team to create engaging learning content and activities.
-
Visualize instructional graphics, slide decks, and other instructional material.

Design the content flow.

Ensuring content matches established objectives.

Review and edit content for technical, grammatical, and style guide compliance.

Create and review assessments, quizzes, and exam questions in the information security domain.
Required skills, experiences and qualifications:

Understanding of Adult Learning Theory, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.

Experience in developing Technical Education programs.

Experience of working on network/system and information security domains will be an added advantage.

Should be a Graduate/Postgraduate in IT/Comp. Science.

Must have a good flair for computing technologies and an aptitude to learn.

Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong project and time management skills.

Should be a team player, looking for a challenging environment to work in, and have the ability to work under pressure.
