Assistant Team Lead - Financing and Insurance

Now, we’re revving up our team in the UAE and looking for talent ready to make our journey of progress their own. Buckle up, because the current pit stop is within the Sales function as an Assistant Team Lead.
What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?

Manage a team of 10-12 F&I coordinators

  • End to end responsibility of a deal from car reservation to delivery
  • Collect the right set of documents from customer and place deal with the bank
  • Coordinate with bankers for faster loan approval
  • Insurance payment and issuance coordination with partner channels
  • Work with in-house workshop to ensure pre-delivery QC
  • Manage internal stakeholders (finance, PROs) for registration and delivery
  • Loan amount disbursal and commission collection

Team leadership and performance management

  • Lead and manage a team of F&I Coordinators.
  • Set daily targets and monitor workloads, case movement, and productivity.
  • Conduct regular reviews on performance, quality, and turnaround times.
  • Provide on-ground coaching on documentation quality, banker handling, and customer communication.

Operations ownership and delivery governance

  • Own the end-to-end F&I journey from post-reservation to delivery readiness.
  • Ensure smooth case movement across:
    • Financing
    • Insurance
    • Registration
    • Final QC & Delivery
  • Track pipeline health and proactively unblock bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with process, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Reduce failure points through root cause analysis and process fixes.

Financing and banker management

  • Act as the primary escalation point for banker delays and rejections.
  • Build strong relationships with partner banks and finance teams.
  • Drive banker SLA compliance through tracking and escalation mechanisms.
  • Support negotiation on deals where needed.

Insurance and registration oversight

  • Oversee insurance issuance in coordination with partners.
  • Drive registration process and delivery alignment.
  • Track SLA adherence across insurance underwriting and RTA ops in coordination with registration team
  • Ensure clean handoffs into QC and logistics.

Process excellence and continuous improvement

  • Identify repeat delays and optimize operating flows.
  • Build SOPs and tracker hygiene.
  • Standardize documentation playbooks and escalations.
  • Drive tool adoption (CRM, loan portals, trackers).

Stakeholder management

Closely work with:
  • Banking team leads
  • Insurance partners
  • Registration and logistics teams
  • Customer experience
  • QC and inspection
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, ops, and banking to ensure clean execution
What’s Under the Hood?
  • 5+ years in auto finance, dealership finance, or lending operations
  • Minimum 2 years in Team Lead / supervisory role preferred.
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Loan processing
    • Auto valuations
    • LPO flows
    • Documentation
    • Insurance issuance
    • Registration workflows
  • Strong process-control and case-tracking ability.
  • Proven problem-solving and escalation handling skills.
  • Data comfort (MIS, dashboards, trackers).
