Job Title: Assistant Team Leader, Compliance
Job Summary:
The Center for Alternative Sentencing & Employment Services (CASES) is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Assistant Team Leader, Compliance, to support the effectiveness of court-based alternative-to-incarceration and alternative-to-detention programming. The Assistant Team Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of court services delivered in Manhattan Criminal and Supreme Courts. This individual will support compliance processes across CASES’ court programs, including Supervised Release (SRP), ROAR, NCS, and NACT, while strengthening partnerships with court stakeholders and enhancing data quality systems.
The Assistant Team Leader, Compliance, will provide mentorship and supervision to staff, monitor the accuracy and timeliness of data reporting, and support consistent and responsive communication with the judiciary and attorneys. With a deep commitment to CASES’ mission, the Assistant Team Leader will contribute to efforts to reduce incarceration, promote recovery and rehabilitation, and increase opportunities for individuals with behavioral health needs and criminal legal involvement.
The Assistant Team Leader brings a strong foundation in data management, systems navigation, and cross-agency collaboration, while also being a supportive and culturally responsive leader who ensures high standards of accountability and care in all court service functions. The successful candidate will model professionalism in court settings, champion anti-racist practices, and be flexible and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Salary: The salary range for the Assistant Team Leader role is $75,000.00 - $77,250.00 per year.
Shift Hours: This position is full-time working Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (for roles that have at least 1 full day remote per week; subject to change)
