Job Purpose
Responsible for following up on the daily warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while optimizing productivity and quality standards.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Day to Day Operations

Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements

Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data

Reviews the DRP plan, to know the amount of finished goods that will be stored in the warehouse to plan future capacity requirements and receive it on the system.

Keeps stock control report updated, to ensure that there are no expired goods in the warehouse.

Works on increasing the storage facility by improving the storage method.

Supports in planning future capacity requirements.

Oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods.

Keeps note of all damage, surplus, and missing inventory.

Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure a high performance & progress by the staff.

Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics and customer service to ensure smooth operations.

Manage inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits.
What You Will Bring To The Role
Academic and professional qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.
Experience
-
From 2-4 solid experience in Warehouses.

Strong leadership abilities.
-
Knowledge of inventory management best practices.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
