- Assist technicians with preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Perform basic repairs and routine service tasks under supervision.
- Support material movement, tool management, and job site preparation.
- Help document maintenance activities, checklists, and reports.
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.
- Coordinate with supervisors and Technicians for work scheduling and task updates.
- Support in CAFM and other technology related activities.
- Support in data management tasks and other tasks given by Management.
- Maintain asset register accuracy, apply maintenance plans, and ensure compliance with H&S standards.
4. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Basic knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing).
5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Grade 10 or ITI – 0 to 2 years’ experience.
