Assistant Technician

Assist in the maintenance, servicing, and repair of diesel generators (gensets).

Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical faults under supervision.

Help with installation, testing, and commissioning of generator units.

Assist in routine inspections of generator components, including engines, alternators, batteries, and control panels.

Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, filter replacement, and tightening connections.

Support load testing and operational checks.

Help maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment.

Follow safety procedures and company maintenance standards.

Assist with preparing service reports and maintenance records.

Support field service activities and emergency breakdown repairs when required.
