Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and confident professional to serve as Assistant to the Owner, responsible for managing all business communications, correspondence, and negotiations with local and international partners. The ideal candidate will act as the owner’s right hand, ensuring smooth coordination across all business activities with discretion, professionalism, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all communications, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Owner.
  • Represent the Owner in meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups with external parties and international partners.
  • Prepare business reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate between departments and ensure timely execution of the Owner’s directives.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters and exercise sound judgment.
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is not a must
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational ability.

Salary: Up to 500 KWD, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month
