Assistant to Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate & Legal Compliance

A. Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations (if applicable),

B. FEMA, RBI, and other statutory requirements.

C. B) File statutory returns, forms, and disclosures with MCA, ROC, SEBI, and other

D. authorities within prescribed timelines.

E. Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate filings.

F. Stock Exchange Compliances as per SEBI LODR

2. Board & Shareholder Management

A. Organise and manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.

B. Prepare agendas, notes, minutes, and resolutions.

C. Ensure proper implementation and follow-up of Board decisions.

3. Secretarial Documentation

A. Draft resolutions, agreements, notices, and official correspondence.

B. Handle matters related to share capital, transfers, dematerialisation, issue of

C. certificates, and corporate restructuring.

4. Compliance Reporting & Risk Management

A. Prepare compliance reports for the Board and senior management.

B. Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.

5. Key Skills & Competencies

A. Strong drafting and documentation skills

B. Attention to detail and regulatory accuracy

C. Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
