Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring they are easily accessible.
  • Operational Management:
  • Assist in the daily operations of the office, including coordinating with vendors, managing supplies, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Support the Director in managing various projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Strategic Support:
  • Conduct research and gather data to support the Director in decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide insights.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial tracking, and expense management.
  • Prepare financial reports and help the Director monitor the company’s financial performance.
  • Human Resources Support:
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
