Position: Assistant to Hotel Operations Manager – Hotel Apartments

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reports to: Hotel Operations Manager

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to assist the Hotel Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of a luxury Hotel Apartment property in Abu Dhabi. The role requires ensuring smooth guest services, maintaining long-stay standards, and supporting staff and operational efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
• Ensure apartments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, handle escalated issues, and provide personalized service for long-stay residents.
• Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance reviews. • Conduct daily property walkthroughs to identify operational or maintenance issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and operational performance.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination for housekeeping and maintenance supplies.
• Act as deputy to the Operations Manager during meetings or in their absence. • Contribute to property inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of proven experience in hotel or serviced apartment operations (luxury/lifestyle brand experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficiency in hotel systems (Opera PMS or similar) and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to resolve issues quickly.
• Professional and presentable, suitable for guest-facing interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month.
