Position : Assistant to PRO (Emirati talent)

Location : Dubai, UAE


Job Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Processing

  • Assist in preparing, submitting, and following up on government documents (visa applications, renewals, cancellations, work permits, Emirates ID, medical tests, etc.).
  • Ensure all employee and company documents are accurate, updated, and filed correctly.
  • Track expiry dates of visas, labour cards, Emirates IDs, and trade licenses.


2. Government Liaison Support

  • Coordinate with government entities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, DHA, and other relevant authorities.
  • Support the PRO in attending appointments, collecting documents, and completing government-related tasks.
  • Prepare required forms, letters, and supporting documents for government submissions.


3. Employee Support

  • Guide employees on the documentation required for onboarding, visa processing, EID, and medicals.
  • Schedule appointments for medical tests, biometrics, and other government-related visits.
  • Assist in resolving employee queries related to visas or government procedures.


4. System & Portal Management

  • Update relevant government portals (MOHRE, ICP, DHA, SIRA, etc.) with required information.
  • Maintain accurate records in company HR systems to reflect visa and labour status updates.


5. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with internal departments to obtain necessary documents for processing.
  • Follow up with external agencies when required and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Keep the PRO and HR team informed on progress, delays, and upcoming deadlines.


6. Compliance & Record-Keeping

  • Ensure all processes comply with UAE labour laws and government regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company documents.
  • Support audits by ensuring proper documentation and record management.


7. Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports related to visa status, renewals, and pending applications.
  • Handle courier arrangements for documents when needed.
  • Assist the PRO in daily tasks, scheduling, and general administrative duties.


Experience & Skills:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, HR, or government relations is an advantage.


Fresh Emirati graduates can also be considered if they have strong communication and organizational skills.
