We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Trampoline Park Manager to support daily park operations and help lead an energetic team. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Park Manager with day-to-day operations
• Supervise staff during shifts and provide on-the-floor leadership
• Ensure all safety rules, procedures, and guest guidelines are followed
• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance support
• Help manage customer inquiries, feedback, and incident reports
• Oversee parties, events, and peak-time floor operations
• Maintain cleanliness, equipment checks, and overall park standards

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-lead role (hospitality, leisure, or retail preferred)
• Strong awareness of safety, compliance, and customer service standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable being active and visible on the park floor
• High school diploma or equivalent
