We’re Hiring – Assistant Vice President (AVP) – C++

Avanza Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Assistant Vice President (AVP) – C++ to lead large-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in C++ development while providing strategic leadership, managing large teams, and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and direction for C++ development projects.
• Stay hands-on with C++ coding and architecture to set best practices and standards.
• Manage and mentor large development teams across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with senior management to define and deliver technology roadmaps.
• Ensure delivery of high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions.
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and technology adoption.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of strong hands-on C++ development experience.
• Proven track record of leading large engineering teams and projects.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with management and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and manage teams across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
