Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Data Program Manager!
As the Data Program Manager, you will serve as the primary architect of our data strategy and the leader of our analytical evolution. This is a high-impact, remote-based role designed for a visionary who can bridge the gap between complex data engineering and executive business objectives in the United States. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our data ecosystem from foundational governance to advanced predictive modeling ensuring that data is a core driver of our global brand’s success. While this position offers the flexibility of a remote environment, some travel may be a required component of this leadership role.
Responsibilities
    Define and execute a long-term data roadmap that aligns with global business goals, specifically focusing on digital transformation and operational excellence.
    Act as the strategic liaison between technical teams and executive leadership in Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing to translate business vision into technical requirements.
    Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of data engineers, analysts, and project managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and data-driven decision-making.
    Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives, particularly in areas of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and consumer behavior.
    Establish and champion comprehensive data governance frameworks, ensuring global data privacy compliance, security, and high data integrity.
    Oversee the selection and implementation of modern data stack tools, cloud infrastructures, and enterprise-scale analytics platforms.
    Manage high-level project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multi-year data initiatives in an agile environment.
    Evangelize data literacy across the organization, empowering non-technical stakeholders to leverage insights for margin expansion and brand elevation.
    Maintain the ability to travel as needed to ensure cohesive leadership and integration across our distributed teams and corporate hubs.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
    Experience in Data Management, Program Management, or Data Engineering, with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
    Extensive experience managing large-scale data migrations, data warehousing projects, or the deployment of enterprise-level analytics solutions.
    Deep understanding of the retail or consumer goods landscape, including supply chain analytics, customer lifetime value, or integrated business planning.
    Expert-level communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and simplify complex technical architectures into strategic narratives.
    Strong familiarity with modern data tools and cloud environments (such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Databricks) and BI platforms (such as Tableau or Power BI).
    Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
    Proven ability to thrive and lead effectively in a fully remote environment while remaining available for travel requirements.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
    Experience leading Generative AI or LLM roadmap initiatives within a retail or customer-centric context.
    Professional certifications in Agile (CSM/SAFe) or Program Management (PgMP/PMP).
    Proven track record in Change Management, specifically transitioning legacy organizations toward a modern, automated data culture.
    Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks and the automation of data science lifecycles at scale.
    Experience navigating multi-national regulatory environments (GDPR/CCPA) and complex global data privacy requirements.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
