Drives the marketing strategy and revenue maximization efforts


Key Responsibilities

(List of major responsibilities that you have, to achieve the key objectives)

  • Lead end-to-end marketing for a premium residential tower launching shortly

  • Drive the entire marketing cycle from launch to sales closure

  • Manage and mentor a diverse team across pre-sales, digital marketing, CRM, and design

  • Ensure brand positioning and marketing strategy align with high-ticket luxury residential projects

  • Formulate an overall marketing strategy for the residential segment to increase the Sales and maximize revenues

  • Formulate the marketing calendar for the year in terms of the events, marketing initiatives, branding and promotional activities

  • Review and approve the Advertising and PR strategy, assess the credibility and commercial feasibility and finalize the advertising and PR agencies

  • Review and finalize the creative campaign for events on a regular basis and oversee the smooth execution of the events and monitor the performance of the various agencies involved

  • Collaboration & partnership with agencies for lead generation and augment walk-ins using digital marketing

  • Strategize in terms of marketing strategy and positioning for the residential project.

  • Defining brand vision for residential projects. Creating brand imagery and communication guidelines including creatives, logo, brand positioning etc.

  • Responsible for developing the annual advertising plan, public relations plan and ensure a cost-effective media buying for all centers; drive and approve the creatives; ensure all plans are implemented effectively through quality checks, standardization and periodical review mechanism across projects.

  • As part of the annual planning exercise, analyze previous years' performance, growth expectations/ projections (revenue and profits) for the budgeting year, and identify new revenue streams/ available, new marketing initiatives that could be launched.

  • Develop marketing strategy for digital medium including creation of websites.

  • National level tie ups and media buy with various digital medium – google, Facebook, YouTube etc.

  • Team Size: 8 direct reports including, Presales team, Digital & Marketing team (3 members), Graphic Designer specialist

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Implementing Of on Page Elements like the below :

  • Optimizing footer links

  • Meta tags changes

  • Heading tags changes

  • Images optimization

  • Checking the broken links & verification

  • Site map creations

  • Optimizing the content

  • Maintaining of minimum keyword density in each page

  • Improving internal linking structure

  • Execution & monitoring of the entire on page

  • off page optimization activities as per the defined internal processes.

    Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Creation of campaign & implementing the below

  • Campaign creation & optimization in Google AdWords & Microsoft ad centre

  • Creation of ads

  • Improving the quality score

  • Keywords research

  • Ad group optimization

  • Targeting in your specified locations

  • Managing of MCC Accounts to clients

  • Changes & improvements done as per the requirements

  • Web Analytics: Generating analytic basic & advanced reports as per the requirements like:

  • Generating detailed statistics about the visits, avg time, bounce rate etc. to a website using Google analytics & crazy egg tools

  • Generating basic & custom reports as per the requirements

  • Analyzing the goals of the website

  • Analyzing & overview of traffic sources

  • Preparation of MIS Reports

  • Budget Estimation
