The Assistant Vice President, Agentic Procurement - Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the development and management of AI-driven procurement products. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset and technical expertise to guide product innovation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement product strategies that align with Agentic AI's vision and market needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.
Technical Expertise:
Oversee the technical development of AI products, ensuring robust architecture and scalability.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into product development.
Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize performance.
Product Development and Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
Define product requirements and specifications based on user feedback and market analysis.
Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and analysts to deliver high-quality AI products.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
Present product updates and strategic plans to executive leadership.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance product offerings.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$100,000 to $125,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number offactors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
