Assistant Warehouse Manager

*Overview* We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team in overseeing daily operations within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a keen eye for continuous improvement. *Responsibilities* - Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes to enhance productivity - Supervise and train warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures - Utilise AS400 and other warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders - Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation management systems - Monitor profit loss statements and implement strategies for cost reduction - Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations - Lead initiatives to streamline business processes and enhance supply chain efficiency *Requirements* - Previous experience in warehouse management is essential - Proficiency in using AS400 and other warehouse management systems - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including forklift usage - Familiarity with transportation management systems is advantageous - Ability to analyse profit loss statements and implement corrective actions - Excellent organisational skills with a focus on continuous improvement

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
