Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

We are an established warehouse company specializing in the storage and handling of a wide range of household products and everyday consumer items. Our operations focus on efficient inventory management, safe storage, and timely distribution to support retail and business customers.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all household goods are received, stored, and dispatched with maximum efficiency and accuracy. You will lead a team, maintain rigorous inventory control, and uphold strict safety and quality standards to support our business operations in Kuwait.

Location : Amghara

Working hours: 48 per week/6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, quality inspection, storage, and order fulfillment.

•Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met and a positive, safe work culture is maintained.

•Oversee accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, audits, and the use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

•Enforce company safety policies and local Kuwaiti labor and fire safety regulations to ensure a secure environment.

•Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse performance, inventory discrepancies, and operational KPIs for management review.

•Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain or warehouse layout and recommend innovative solutions to enhance workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team- lead capacity.

•Proven experience in handling household goods, furniture, or retail inventory is highly preferred. •Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), MS Office (specifically Excel), and inventory tracking software.

•Fluency in English is required

•Strong problem- solving abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to work effectively in the fast- paced Kuwaiti market.

•Valid driving license and experience with material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) certifications are a plus.

Pay: KD450.000 - KD550.000 per month
