Key Responsibilities

Deliver high‑quality teaching across modules and short programmes.

Supervise student projects, field trips, and placements.

Contribute to curriculum design and programme development.

Undertake impactful research and publish in peer‑reviewed journals.

Lead and mentor colleagues, supporting academic and professional growth.

Collaborate with industry, public sector, and community partners.
Person Specification
Essential:
-
First degree in Architecture and postgraduate qualification in a related subject.
-
Full professional membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
-
Experience teaching in Higher Education OR minimum 5 years’ professional practice.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills.

Commitment to personal and professional development.
Desirable:

PhD in Architecture or related field (or working towards one).

Registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).

Experience in programme design, funded research, and industry engagement.
