Assistant/Associate Professor in Cybersecurity

Position Overview

The College of Information Technology (CIT) at UAE University is seeking a highly qualified faculty member specializing in Cybersecurity to strengthen our existing research programmes and launch new multidisciplinary research initiatives and partnerships with both internal and external collaborators. This role will support the college's long term stability and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Enhance and expand the College's current cybersecurity research strengths.
  • Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses.
  • Engage and mentor students across various academic programmes.
Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Cybersecurity or a closely related discipline from a reputable institution.
  • A strong record of publications in leading Q1 journals and top tier conferences.
  • Proven success in writing and securing competitive research grants.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and interdisciplinary programmes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High research productivity related to Cybersecurity.
