Associate Professor - Business Administration

We are seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced full-time faculty members in the field of Business Administration. The ideal candidates will possess strong academic credentials, relevant industry experience, and a dedication to innovative, student-focused teaching methods.

This role is suited for educators who are committed to excellence in higher education, academic research, and student mentorship. As a full-time faculty member, you will play an active role in shaping academic content, delivering high-impact instruction, and supporting the continuous development of learners in a dynamic academic environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Teaching & Student Engagement

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and facilitate interactive classroom sessions aligned with institutional standards.
  • Design and implement effective lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools.
  • Apply real-world business scenarios, case studies, and technology-enhanced methods to foster student engagement.
  • Create a learning environment that promotes critical thinking, collaboration, and meaningful participation.

2. Student Mentorship & Academic Support

  • Provide mentorship and academic guidance, including support for projects, internships, and career planning.
  • Evaluate student progress through various assessment formats, offering constructive feedback.
  • Address academic inquiries and support students in overcoming learning challenges.

3. Curriculum Development & Industry Alignment

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of curriculum to reflect evolving industry standards and global best practices.
  • Infuse contemporary business trends, research insights, and practical applications into coursework.
  • Collaborate with peers and academic coordinators to enhance interdisciplinary and experiential learning approaches.

4. Research & Scholarly Contribution

  • Conduct and publish research in relevant areas of business.
  • Supervise student research and support scholarly initiatives.
  • Actively participate in academic conferences, workshops, and collaborative research efforts.

5. Academic Administration & Governance

  • Participate in academic committees, departmental meetings, and institutional planning activities.
  • Maintain accurate academic records including attendance, grading, and course documentation.
  • Support quality assurance, accreditation efforts, and compliance with academic policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills RequiredEducational Requirements

  • Minimum: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Preferred: Ph.D. in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

Experience & Expertise

  • At least 3–5 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level.
  • Expertise in one or more business-related areas such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Entrepreneurship, or Business Analytics.
  • Industry experience and involvement in academic program development are considered advantages.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and classroom management abilities.
  • Proficiency with educational technology tools, LMS platforms, and productivity software.
  • Commitment to research, continuous learning, and student success.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a diverse academic setting.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
