• Deliver undergraduate courses in adapted physical activity, inclusive sport, and movement sciences for diverse populations. • Develop and update curriculum to reflect international standards in adapted physical education and disability sport. • Lead practical and community-based instruction on assessing and programming for individuals with physical, intellectual, and sensory disabilities. • Supervise and mentor students in research and applied projects related to inclusive physical activity, para-sports, and health promotion for people with disabilities. • Engage in scholarly research and professional activities focused on adapted physical activity, in alignment with departmental priorities. • Collaborate with local schools, community centers, and disability service organizations to create internship and volunteer opportunities for students. • Participate actively in departmental, college, and university committees and professional development. Qualifications Education: PhD in Adapted Physical Activity, Kinesiology, or a related field with a clear specialization in serving populations with disabilities. Experience: University-level teaching experience in adapted physical activity or inclusive sport. Demonstrated ability to teach both theoretical and practical courses. Experience working directly with individuals with disabilities in a sport or physical activity context. A record of or potential for scholarly research in adapted physical activity. Skills: Expertise in designing and implementing safe and effective physical activity programs for diverse populations. Knowledge of various adaptive equipment and assessment methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teaching and community partnership. Proficiency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
