QUALIFICATIONS

1. BA degree from an accredited college or university with major work in human resource or service delivery.

2. Minimum of one year experience, with the provision of services, to a dependent adult population.

3. Flexibility and creativity in dealing with the issues being faced by residents and families

4. Ability to exercise independent judgment within the organization's mission and philosophy

5. Experience and enjoyment in working with older adults

Pay Rate: 60K to 65K Annually
