Assitant Chemist

About the Role:

Innova Group is looking for talented individuals to join our team as “Assistant Chemists” in our pesticide division. We are a leading organization in the agricultural sector, dedicated to providing high-quality pesticides, seeds, and fertilizers to support sustainable farming practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory analysis and testing of pesticides and raw materials.
• Assist in the formulation and development of pesticide products.
• Perform quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on experimental results and findings.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure product consistency.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in pesticide chemistry.

Job Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Note: Candidates must pass a written test as part of the selection process.
