Role Summary

We are looking for a marketing professional who can lead the development and deployment of high-impact digital campaigns across YouTube, OTT, and the creator ecosystem. The role requires someone who can work end-to-end from insight to brief, from script to production, from media deployment to performance analysis while collaborating closely with agencies and internal teams. The person should bring strong YouTube-first thinking and experience executing large digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Campaign Development & Content Creation • Lead creation, planning, and deployment of brand campaigns across YouTube, OTT, and digital platforms. • Write clear, structured briefs and align agencies on problem statement, audience, insight, and output. • Guide script development, ensuring the content is rooted in insight and built for performance. • Manage animatics, preview testing, selection of director/production house, and full production workflow. • Handle PO closure and budgeting, working with media agencies/platforms for roll-out. • Track monthly delivery on KPIs such as CPC, CPM, reach, watch-through rate, view quality, etc. • Conduct funnel and performance analysis to improve future campaigns.

2. Influencer & Creator Ecosystem • Lead YouTube-first influencer strategy — talent selection, negotiations, and execution. • Build and manage creator-led IP properties with agencies and production partners. • Ensure influencer content fits within brand storytelling and performance objectives.

3. Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration • Work closely with creative, media, and production agencies to ensure seamless delivery. • Coordinate internal teams for budgeting, timeline planning, and performance reporting. • Ensure all campaigns reflect strong cultural understanding, consumer insight, and brand strategy.

Required Skill Set

  • Experience working in a creative or media agency, or managing agency partners directly.
  • Strong expertise in YouTube-first campaigns, digital video content, and creator ecosystem.
  • Ability to drive brief writing, script evaluation, and end-to-end production.
  • Strong planning, execution, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable handling campaign budgets and evaluating media metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and partners independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
