Designation: Assistant Manager – HR

Location: at Factory, AL-4 , Sector -13, GIDA, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh - INDIA - 273209.
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification & Skills : MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
03–05 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and factory-related HR practices.
Hands-on experience in payroll, attendance management, and employee grievance handling.
Responsibilities & Duties:-
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Handle attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, etc.).
Maintain employee records, HR documents, and reports.Address employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
Support training, performance appraisals, and employee development.
Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
