Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

o Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for embedded systems, software development, UI/UX, and business functions.

o Partner with leadership to identify current and future manpower needs for emerging projects.

o Manage job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for new hires.

o Maintain an updated talent pool and support in developing recruitment marketing materials.

• Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and implement engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and internal events to support "Life at Sofstica".
  • Conduct pulse surveys and feedback sessions to measure employee satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative culture aligned with Sofstica’s values of growth and learning.
  • Support cross-team engagement to maintain high morale in a performance-driven environment.

• Performance & Development

  • Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals using Agile-aligned performance frameworks.
  • Assist in refining competency-based performance frameworks tailored for technical and non technical roles.
  • Identify training needs, arrange workshops, and track learning outcomes to ensure continuous skill development.
  • Maintain training records and performance development plans.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee daily HR functions including attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, EOBI, social security, and company policies.
  • Manage HR documentation, employee files, and HCM data accuracy.
  • Support internal audits and HR process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT, Software Development, or Tech Product companies.
  • Sound knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR operational best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and FlowHCM or any other HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.
