  • Oversee daily operations of the training business, ensuring seamless coordination between trainers, clients, and internal departments.
  • Schedule and allocate resources for training programs, maintaining alignment with trainer availability and client needs.
  • Monitor training performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and international quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including certificates, reports, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to promote training programs and attract Lead Auditor Course candidates.
  • Manage trainer onboarding and evaluation, ensuring all trainers are equipped with necessary tools and documentation; conduct periodic performance reviews.
  • Optimize training logistics including venue booking, material preparation, and virtual delivery setup.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients during training delivery, ensuring satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update a master training calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and operational schedules.
  • Assist in developing training proposals and capability statements for business development efforts.
  • Conduct post-training analysis using feedback and performance data to recommend enhancements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to training delivery, including trainer cancellations and technical issues.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is current, standardized, and aligned with learning objectives.
