Associat Project Coordinator - WodPress

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT)
Compensation: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
Locaion: Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road Lahore

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth execution of deliverables. This role requires strong communication skills, professional English proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in professional English.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and address risks or delays proactively.
• Manage project documentation, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and content.
• Support website and content-related projects with a basic understanding of WordPress.
• Manage and update tasks using project management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
• Familiarity with WordPress and project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
