The Wright Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in Wyoming. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with a background in both criminal and civil litigation. Responsibilities

  • Manage a Diverse Caseload: Handle a full caseload from initial intake through final resolution, including pretrial, trial, and post-trial work.
  • Handle Commercial Litigation: Represent clients in a variety of business disputes, contract issues, and corporate matters.
  • Conduct Courtroom Proceedings: Effectively represent clients in court with strong oral advocacy and trial skills.
  • Perform Legal Research and Drafting: Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction: Provide consistent communication and build strong client relationships throughout the legal process.

Qualifications

  • Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a background in both criminal and civil cases.
  • License: Active license in good standing with the Wyoming State Bar is required.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding caseload, strong organizational and time-management skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • Up to a $10,000 signing bonus.
