Role Descripti

onThis is a full-time on-site role (based in Dubai) for a Business Development Associate located in Dubai at Urban Company. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and attacking key strategic problems/ opportunities that will unlock growth for UC in the UA

E.This incumbent will also work closely with our suppliers & business partners and help them scale their business on Urban Compan

y.
What will you

do:• End-to-end ownership of select-service categories for service quality & gro

wth• Be a strategic thought partner in regards to operations and business development & execute and run BAU projects end to

end• Be a visible and vocal influential champion for our customers and external stakeholders (service partne

rs)• Dive deep into the numbers and make data-driven decisions and process improvements to ensure gro

wth• Be a hustling multi-tasker. You'll be the go-to person for many key strategic and operational initiativ

What are we looking

for:• 0-2 years of experience at in business/operations at high paced start-ups in the Middle East/A

sia.• Excellent communication skills: Will be in constant touch with business partners to help them grow on

UC.• Basic understanding of data analytics and data driven decision ma

king• Over and above - strong-willed, sharp problem solver and hands

on!
