Date – 19-20 Nov 2025 (Wednesday & Thursday)

Address - World Tech Park, Tower A2-A3, 11th Floor, Sector-30, Gurgaon

Time– 11:00am to 1pm

Job Details –

•Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat channel, providing timely and professional assistance

•Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

•Collaborate with experienced team members to resolve customer concerns and enhance your skills.

•Provide detailed product or service information, resolve customer concerns, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Minimum required experience- 4 Years (Chat) (Either Urdu+English or Bengali+English language is Mandatory)
• Minimum Qualification – Undergraduate/ Graduate
• Salary Maximum Up to – 10LPA take home (Basis interview and last drawn salary) + Incentives
