Role involves automating MIS/reporting tasks, integrating data from different systems, creating dashboards, fixing data issues, and supporting teams with SQL/BI reports while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy automation workflows using development/automation tools.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive MIS reporting tasks (data extraction, cleaning, consolidation, etc.).
- Work with IT and operations teams to integrate data from various systems (CRM, ERP, contact center, etc).
- Design and automate daily/weekly/monthly dashboards for business functions.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across automated processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and implement fixes.
- Support business teams with ad-hoc report generation using SQL or BI tools.
- Analyze existing MIS and reporting workflows to identify automation opportunities.
- Create documentation and flowcharts for automated processes.
- Recommend tools and best practices to improve speed and efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting and automation requirements.
- Train users on automated dashboards and data workflows.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL, etc
- Experience creating relational database queries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of MIS reporting, KPI tracking, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of contact center or operational processes is an added advantage.
