Job Description
The Treasury associate is responsible for assisting managing the organization’s cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk. This role ensures sufficient liquidity for operations, optimizes the use of financial resources, and supports compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

Monitor daily cash positions and prepare cash flow forecasts.

Manage bank accounts, payments, and receipts.

Execute and reconcile electronic funds transfers, wire payments, and checks.

Support short-term investment activities.

Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Identify and manage financial risks related to liquidity, interest rates, and foreign exchange.

Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and analyses for management.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Assist with treasury system administration and process improvements.
-
Process the petty Cash & Credit card requests.
-
Process letters of guarantees.
-
Replace the team members during their leaves
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

2 – 4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting

Strong understanding of cash management and banking operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
