What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate-Accounting join our team at Dryer Plant.

• Participate in cost accounting team to perform monthly closing activities including preparing journal entries, accounts reconciliations, clearing, and reporting.
• Analyze product costing results and variances.
• Assist teams to control inventory valuation.
• Ensures integrity and completeness of bills of materials (BOMs) with R&D department.
• Participate in team activities to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Effectively communicate variance explanation against prior periods and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on streamlining, improving and automating processes.
• Perform other ad hoc analyses, and special projects as required

The position is located in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

How we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics,
• New graduate or preferably 1 - 2 years of experience as assistant in independent financial audit,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Experience developing business cases working with cross-functional teams,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
