• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and business writing skills to handle voice customer effectively.• Manage inbound and outbound voice calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity, ensuring a positive customer experience.• Possess basic computer proficiency, including a typing speed of 40 WPM and working knowledge of MS Office applications.• Understand fundamental accounting principles to support financial transactions and queries.• Administer policies related to Direct Debit to ensure timely premium collections.• Prepare and manage various reports within agreed SLA timelines and quality benchmarks.• Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
