Job Opportunity: Associate Admin
Location: Korangi Industrial Area Karachi
We are looking for a competent and proactive Associate Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative, operational, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper record and custody of all office keys.
- Arrange transportation for staff in case of emergencies, sickness, or injuries.
- Welcome and guide guests or officials visiting from government departments.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports related to administration, housekeeping, security, and general purchases
- Perform computer-related tasks such as preparing documents, presentations, and circulars as assigned.
- Support admin team operations and coordinate with other departmental staff to address issues promptly.
- Meet vendors and suppliers as instructed and update management on relevant discussions and concerns.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for opening new vendor/supplier accounts.
- Handle petty cash transactions in compliance with company SOPs.
- Prepare vouchers related to petty cash, general purchases, vehicle maintenance, and vendor payments for review and approval.

- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager Admin or Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
