The Associate Admin will support administrative and operational efficiency by managing inventory, office assets, and store activities. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, stock control, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of office assets and inventory with proper tagging and tracking.
- Record and monitor all incoming inventory and issued supplies.
- Prepare, verify, and file Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and receiving slips.
- Implement inventory check-in/check-out procedures and controls.
- Maintain digital inventory and issuance logs with item, quantity, and recipient details.
- Monitor stock usage and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts, updates, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage the monthly store and inventory budget.
- Coordinate with approved vendors and support sourcing of new vendors.
- Generate inventory and store reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years in admin, inventory, stores, or procurement roles.
- Hands on with MS Excel (tracking, formulas, reports)
- Basic procurement & inventory systems knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and coordination
