Supply Chain / Billing officer

viSole Group of Companies is hiring a 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 / 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 to support and manage daily supply chain and billing operations at our Rawalpindi office . The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, logistics, inventory management, and billing-related processes through system-based operations.

Location: Rawalpindi

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics-related activities.
• Prepare and process customer invoices and billing documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for timely deliveries and accurate billing.
• Maintain accurate stock, billing, and transaction records through ERP/SAP systems.
• Support demand forecasting, purchase planning, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
