·Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensure cleanliness, availability of supplies, and proper maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain files, documents, records, and databases related to customers, bookings, vendor payments, and staff.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, WhatsApp communication).
- Prepare and maintain logs for attendance, leave records, and staff schedules (if required).
- Assist booking agents with documentation for flights, hotels, tours, and visa applications.
- Coordinate with airlines, embassies, suppliers, transport providers, and hotels for confirmations and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and booking confirmations.
- Support Umrah/Travel operations (if applicable) by preparing passenger lists, manifests, and required reports.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports, expense sheets, petty cash records, and reconciliations.
- Handle basic accounts tasks such as vendor payments follow-up, bill checking, and document verification.
- Maintain a proper record of company assets, stationery, and inventory.
- Handle front-desk responsibilities including greeting walk-in customers and directing them to the right department.
- Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and general customer queries.
- Coordinate with HR and management for administrative support, meeting arrangements, and staff requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience in a travel agency or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
