Associate Administrator - Warehouse

The Associate Administrator - Warehouse will assist in managing and coordinating warehouse operations. This role involves ensuring efficient and effective storage, distribution, and inventory management to support the smooth functioning of our juice and refreshments production. The ideal candidate will work closely with the warehouse team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Essential Criteria:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.

· Proficiency in SAP.

· Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Skills Required:

· Excellent communication skills.

· Strong problem-solving abilities.

· Attention to detail.

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping/receiving.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure data integrity in the WMS.

· Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.

· Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.

· Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff.

· Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations promptly.

KPI Measurements:

· Inventory Accuracy: Maintain a minimum 98% accuracy rate in inventory records.

· Order Fulfilment: Ensure 100% on-time delivery of orders.

· Operational Efficiency: Achieve a target of 95% efficiency in warehouse processes.

· Safety Compliance: Maintain zero workplace accidents and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.

· Stock Turnover Rate: Monitor and aim for optimal stock turnover to minimize holding costs and prevent overstock or stockouts.
