We are looking for an
Ad Operations Associate
to support our in-app ad monetization efforts. The role involves managing inbound advertiser leads, onboarding clients, coordinating with ad partners like Google and SDK networks, and working closely with product and engineering teams to enhance our ad experience. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, external publishers, and advertisers to maximize revenue opportunities and improve the ads ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Direct Advertiser Management

Handle inbound leads for direct ad sales, qualify prospects, and manage end-to-end onboarding.

Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Provide ongoing account management support to maintain strong client relationships.

Ad Monetization & Partner Coordination

Manage in-app ad inventories across Google Ad Manager, SDK-based networks, and direct sales channels.

Liaise with Google, SDK partners, and other third-party publishers for operational, technical, and business requirements.

Monitor campaign delivery and performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and partners.

Product Improvement and Stakeholder Management

Work closely with product and engineering teams to
spearhead improvements
to the ads ecosystem.

Provide insights from advertisers, SDK partners, and monetization performance to influence product roadmaps.

Coordinate implementation of new experiments to improve user ad experience
Requirements

2-3 years of experience in
ad operations
or account/client management roles.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills to work across internal and external teams.

Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
