What You’ll Do:

• Partner with an experienced mentor to learn every stage of the real estate process—from lead generation to closing deals.
• Assist with client communications, showings, and transaction coordination while developing your own client pipeline.
• Participate in world-class Keller Williams training sessions and coaching programs to sharpen your sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
• Learn to use cutting-edge real estate technology and data tools that give you a competitive edge in the Utah market.
• Build relationships within the team and local community to expand your professional network and establish your personal brand.

Qualifications:

• Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
• Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
