Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and Attract Investor Clients: Follow proven strategies to connect with investor clients and build relationships that last.
• Provide Expert Guidance: Advise investors on profitable opportunities and help them navigate the buying and selling process.
• Close Deals: Use best practices to negotiate and close investment deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and hitting your sales targets.
• Collaborate & Learn: Work alongside a team of seasoned professionals, learning directly from a successful investor and honing your skills.
• Research & Analysis: Use your research skills to analyze potential investment properties and help clients make informed decisions.

What we expect from you:

• A valid Utah Real Estate License is required or willing to get one.

Compensation : $90,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions based only
