Associate AI/ML Python Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer (AI/ML) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, strong English communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role focuses on developing end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data preparation to model deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python.
• Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms based on project requirements.
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications and existing systems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business and technical requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Prepare technical documentation, model evaluations, and performance reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and evaluation techniques.
• Proven experience in training, testing, and deploying ML models.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, version control systems (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
