Associate Analyst/Analyst – Provident Fund Administration - Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited

We are looking for professionals with relevant experience in Payroll, and Statutory compliance activities, who are looking forward to enhancing career in the Finance field.

Work you’ll do

As a part of this team, you will be involved with:


Primary-

  • Ensuring form 11 is collected from all new hires for linking UAN on the PF portal
  • Ensuring all basic details of active employees are updated on PF portal to comply with the statutory requirements.
  • Ensuring date of exit for separated employees is updated timely on the PF portal for complying with the statutory requirements
  • Ensuring beneficiary nominations are collected from all employees
  • Handling PF transfer, withdrawal, data corrections, e-nomination submission etc. (online and manual)
  • To be well versed with latest PF and Pension related guidelines. Track changes in PF amendments and creating awareness among all employees.
  • Should be able to handle queries from active and separated professionals around Provident Fund process.
  • Interacting and coordinating with our stakeholders to have processes running smoothly
  • Prepare periodic reports on queries handled and processing of PF claims (online and manual claims)
  • Handling death related PF & Pension claims.
  • Act as one point of contact for all second level escalations PF-related queries received from level 1 through Service Now
  • Preparing process documents for all PF related activities.

Secondary:

  • Coordinating with stakeholders to obtain timely and accurate reports
  • Preparing periodic reporting for leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Should be a great team player, brainstorm common issues within the team and able to suggest resolution plans
  • Ensure strict compliance with PII guidelines
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The team

This position is a part of Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd, within the Financial Services Group – Payroll and Personnel Solutions service line. In the India paying team, the responsibilities assigned are in support of India Payroll activities of the Deloitte India offices across four locations - Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Gurgaon.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate/postgraduate in Finance
  • Experience in India payroll.
  • Fair knowledge of PF rules and regulations.
  • PF notices handling skills
  • Position requires strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task, strong attention to details and accuracy and proficiency in the use of systems, including Microsoft suite of applications, SAP.
  • Knowledge of basic auditing and internal control standards.
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Experience in India payroll processing, data maintenance, and regulatory compliances
  • Proven ability to prioritize and work within strict timelines.
  • Good understanding of business terminology, business operations, and financial policies and internal controls
  • Integrity and high ethical standards and commitment to data privacy
  • Ability to analyze, identify complex issues related to nonstandard transactions and processes, and develop solutions to address relevant situations
  • Ability to work in a flexible, high pressure and client driven work environment
  • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn things quickly, organize work, document, and report concisely
  • Good verbal, written communication, and documentation skills
  • Should be a great team player, brainstorm common issues within the team and able to suggest resolution
