Qualifications

• LLB is the must have qualification
• 2 years Experience in contract management, redlining, drafting, negotiations, abstraction and summarization
• exposure to M&A, subcontracting, procurement contracts, deal advisory will be an added advantage
• CLM knowledge and MS office suite exposure will be appreciated
• Fair knowledge of commercial contracts, other principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies, global standards and best practices.
