About the Team:

The Merchandising Service Team is responsible for maintaining the "Big Three" in-store priorities: cleanliness, full stock, and proper service. Their primary role is to optimize merchandising execution by aligning and streamlining operations across various business units and workflows, providing the necessary context and data to inform decisions and drive action. Acting as a key liaison, they collaborate with stakeholders to plan capacity, prioritize resets, and develop operational standards and SOPs. Ultimately, their focus is on boosting productivity and ensuring the effective implementation of merchandising strategies, with a strong emphasis on high-quality execution throughout the store.

I. Job Summary:

Merchandise Service Team (MST) is responsible to deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe and stocked with products our customers need.

The MST Associate analyst is responsible for quality audit of the bays executed by MST team and support the strategy execution of Labor Capacity, Vendors and Field Merchandising Teams.

II. Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the MST teams at the stores while executing processes across Resets & Services.
• Work on the most recently executed resets, largest labor hour projects on auditing the reset execution.
• Partners with SSC - B (Bangalore) and SSC - M (Mooresville, US) teams
• Assists with troubleshooting while quality audit of the bays executed by MST team.
• Disciplined approaches to data policies, data quality, data management and business processes.
• Owns the communication and progress updates on a daily basis for resets & services.
• Compliance to all Trackers.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Fulltime bachelor’s degree

V. Skill Set Required:

Primary Skills (must have)

• Understanding of Retail Industry (local or global)
• Strong communication skills – ability to comprehend, articulate and seamlessly communicate locally and globally
• Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Application

Secondary Skills (desired)

• Retail Experience
